The Riondo Mimosa Slushy

Mimosas are the quintessential brunch beverage. Fruity and sweet, they are perfectly rounded out with a hit of acid from the orange juice and some bubbles from the bubbly. But it’s time to upgrade your Mimosas with this Riondo Mimosa Slushy recipe. This recipe is super easy, plus it’s simple to serve and is a huge crowd pleaser for an array of palates. Because seriously, who doesn’t love an alcoholic slushy? It’s like being a kid at a carnival… but better.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups Riondo Prosecco
  • 2 oz. Triple Sec
  • mint leaves

Directions:

In a baking pan, combine orange juice, Riondo Prosecco, and Triple Sec. Stir to combine. Freeze for at least six hours. Scrape into flaky crystals with a fork. Fill coupe style glasses with slushy. Garnish with mint. Top with additional Prosecco. Enjoy!
