The Story Behind The Pomegranate Gin & Tonic
A classic Gin & Tonic is such a delicious cocktail when you get it just right (and use your favorite gin). For this variation, made with a bit of grenadine for subtle fruity flavors, I used a London dry gin. I love its characteristics, and it pairs really well with the notes of pomegranate in the grenadine.
Depending on how sweet you like your cocktails, you can vary the quantity of grenadine to your taste.
