Applebee’s Is Saying ‘Adios’ to Summer With Boozy New $1 Cocktail

Labor Day Weekend is now behind us, which means it’s time to bid farewell to summer and brace ourselves for the colder fall and winter months.

To help with the transition, Applebee’s is offering a boozy one-dollar cocktail for the entire month of September, featuring five different types of alcohol.

Called the Adios, the drink fuses vodka, rum, tequila, and gin, and gains a vibrant blue hue from blue curaçao and sweet and sour Sierra Mist. The drink arrives in a 10-ounce mug and is a “colorful twist” on the Long Island Iced Tea according to a press release from the chain.

As with all of Applebee’s Neighborhood Drinks of the Month, price, participation, and availability of the Adios may vary by location, and guests must be 21 years old to enjoy.

With Applebee’s summer drink specials including the Vodka Raspberry Lemonade and the Malibu Dollarmama, the casual dining chain enjoyed a strong summer season. Here’s happy to see fall kicking-off in similarly spectacular fashion.
