The Story Behind The Gin And Tonic Sorbet

It’s finally starting to get warmer outside, and that means it’s time for sorbet! Specifically, Gin and Tonic spiked sorbet.

The concept is incredibly simple. First, head to the store and pick out a few of your favorite Sorbet flavors. Then pull out your blender and invite over a bunch of friends. Let your friends choose which sorbet they like best and have them toss two scoops into the blender with the rest of the ingredients. In minutes they’ll have a delicious drink that suits their tastes, and you didn’t have to work too hard. When your next guest is ready to go, simply give the blender a quick rinse, and start the process all over again. It couldn’t be simpler. Just make sure you serve the drinks in beautiful glasses.
