Zippy, with intense stone fruit and mineral driven wet rock. Next up is a nice dose of lemon and jalapeño infused honey. There is a significant heady nature to this wine, and the aromas are all up in your face, but the acidity is fizzy, almost sparkling, and balances the few aromas out nicely.
