Viña Leyda Las Brisas Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016 Review
Well priced, and well balanced, this Chilean Pinot shows the potential of this grape in the country's sea-forward central climate. Opening with cherry and a wisp of raspberry these aromas mingle with a soft vanilla note. Savory aromas of cinnamon and clove tease out of that vanilla onto the palate. The wine has balance in aromas and in the soft bright mouthfeel, being chewy and buoyant at once. This is a great intro to the Pinot Noir of Chile.
