White flowers, apples, and amber honey. That’s this wine. The bubbles are tight, sharp, and comfy on the palate, balancing all the aromas. This is a great example of delicious, affordable Prosecco that is best consumed on its own, and not in a mimosa. I'm thinking fried calamari and a few bottles of this, and call it a day.
