Schlafly Northeast IPA
Review
This golden, cloudy NEIPA is made with a fruit salad of hops — Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, and Chinook. Orange, tangerine, and pineapple aromas jump from the glass, followed by a hint of vanilla cream. Northeast IPA is quite light on the palate for an 8-percent-ABV brew, so be careful, lest its illusion of juicy hydration get the best of you. The last time we tasted this beer, it was boldly bitter, resembling grapefruit peel. This time, it's as tropical as it promises.
