This wine is hot in your nose and hot in your mouth. There's just no getting around it. If you like big, boozy, red wine this is your bottle. It’s definitely easy drinking, with some sweet notes from the alcohol (it was once sugar) which soften the blow a bit. This wine is a good go-to for a BBQ or a cookout. Just make sure to stay hydrated. This is a boozy doozy.
