This wine is very lean. The Sauvignon Blanc-y-ness is a bit muted. There are some tropical hints of a mango and pineapple smell, but it’s distant. The vibrant acidity is also calm, leaving the wine a bit flat. But it does have balance and could be a fun wine for a poolside party.
