Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Review
Sipsmith somehow manages to have an international presence while tasting and feeling like a craft brand. This gin smells like a fistful of crushed, fresh juniper berries. There's also a lemon zest and black pepper seasoning. The palate is incredibly well-rounded, and almost already tastes like a G&T. This gin checks all the boxes without feeling forced or overly flamboyant.
