Want pricey Napa Cab feels but not have to sell the car to do it? Check this wine out. Yeah I know it’s $45 but compared to what is out there from this region this wine is a steal. It shows wonderful varietal character and is very balanced. The tannin structure is nice and laid so you can perceive it, not fight it, feel me? And the acidity keeps the wine from weighing you down. This is one of those meat-heavy wine pairings on a night when you buy all the nice ingredients for dinner including that dope marbled steak you just got from the butcher. Splurge baby!
