What a great idea! Make a Cali cab with a lower alcohol, a good amount of oak and great acidity! And price it under $20. This bottle is that great idea. It doesn’t burn your nose hairs with heat, but is soft and rounded with a hint of sweet. It won’t weigh you down and is an absolute crowd pleaser. Yeah it’s a little homogenized but damn if it ain't good going down. I would buy a case and just have it laying around cuz it’ll even satisfy light and bright Pinot Noir lovers.
