Santa Julia Reserva Mountain Blend Valle de Uco Mendoza Malbec 2017 Review
Want a solid red wine for any night of the week? Here ya go! From the more focused mesoclimate of Mendoza, this Uco Valley blend has all the depth you love from Malbec with an edgy tinge of 30% Cabernet Franc to bring the wine into focus. Cherry cola with a side of blackberry falls broadly onto your palate with a nice grip of tannin to keep these aromas separated from the soft plum and minerality that arrives on the back end of your sip. It's not going to win any accolades for complexity but at this price point it's a great quality.
