Clean and crisp, with excellent balance between acidity and fruit depth. There are subtle notes of bell peppers and green apples under a saline, wet rock layer. With a swirl your nose will pick up the slightest note of sweet corn, which is fun and works. The palate is seamless, with a nice grip and mint yogurt energy.
