Ridgeview Cavendish Brut NV Review

I love the geeky genius of Ridgeview. Their Bloomsbury is Chardonnay dominate, ripe, bright, and beautiful. Here their Cavendish uses the same blend, but is Pinot Noir dominate and an entirely different, beautiful wine. Instead of angular, this wine is deep and round with a broad palate and fine mousse. The aromas are the distant whiff of delicious cherries wrapped in shoe pastry. Cavendish is very much a food wine and will hold up to any meal.
