Grapefruit and melon wrapped in puff pastry. Doesn't that sound delicious? I KNOW! This wine is a treat, with all of those aromas being complimented and amplified by a persistent mousse of perlage. This English sparkler has the same varities and is made in the same method as Champagne, but the results are unique to this area of the world with a dollop of honey mingling with the perfectly ripe fruit notes. It's a little bit expensive, but worth every penny.
