Sorelle Bronca 'Particella 68' Prosecco Valdobiadene Superiore NV Review
Sorelle Bronca is a boutique Prosecco producer owned and run by sisters Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca. Their 'Particella 68' is a single vineyard bottling from a vineyard parcel that the Bronca sisters consider their finest estate vineyard holding. The wine is extraordinarily aromatic and expressive, with a pale straw-gold color, and aromas that include alpine flowers, lemon zest, and a hint of acacia honey. The texture is very vibrant, with a fresh mousse, subtle flavors of white peach, and a long, clean finish. Sip it on it's own or enjoy paired with a Frittata. Please don't use a Prosecco this nuanced as a mixer!
