While at first the nose on this Cabernet Sauvignon seems one-dimensional - ripe black fruit and vanilla bean - the palate shows nice restraint and lift. The acidity comes through, along with an herbal, eucalyptus-like character. Super drinkable and worthy of pairing with everyday dishes.
