This is a nice, balanced Riesling. It is very mineral-driven and has a nice grip on the palate. It would hold up to a spicy dish like a chicken vindaloo or a pad thai, calming the heat, but it can also hang with something like a weeknight halibut in a light, citrusy cream sauce.
