An odd mix of sweet and savory on the nose with a raspberry coulis and roasted herbs. I know that sounds weird, but here we are. On the palate the wine is sharp and angular with under ripe watermelon. This wine would do well on the the wine table at a wedding reception or maybe as a gift at a holiday party.
