Review
If you are a fan of Pinot Noir or Chianti, this wine is right up your ally. This Sicilian red grown on the slopes of an active volcano may be new to you, but you’ll love getting to know it. It has great structure, with awesome acidity balancing the smells of cherries and balsamic, with a whiff of fresh soil. The tannins are woven with just the right amount of grip. It can actually age for another year to soften, but it is kickin right now with a bowl of pasta with creamy sauce.
