Peyrassol Cotes de Provence 'Commanderie de Peyrassol' Rosé 2018 Review
This is quite a dry rosé (very little residual sugar from the winemaking process) with notes of white peach and pear. There is a hint of heady blood orange and hawthorn under a layer of minty jasmine. The mouthfeel has a tannic grip, that calms the aromas a bit, but makes for a nice wine for grilled fish or steak tartare.
