Miles Mossop Wines 'Saskia' 2016 Review
The acidity is low and just right. The palate has a slight weight on it, and it feels good. The wine smells like pepper and honey with a whiff of orange. It’s so balanced and delicious, and I want a greek salad with it now. Or maybe even something more substantial, like a roasted chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and herbs.
