This is the way it should be done! So much Bordeaux Blanc is neutral and forgettable, even if they are good wines, so when this wine hit my palate, I jumped for joy. This wine has impeccable balance, with just a dollop of sémillon, yelling for you to cold max relax and take in the day. Lemongrass and flecks of bell pepper greet you under a vibrant layer of wet-stone minerality and an acidity that makes you feel like the wine is dancing on the palate.
