This bubbly is pretty neutral, with muted notes of lemon and pear. There is a hint of saccharine sweet that I can’t place as well... It's best as an ingredient instead of a stand-alone which is why I'd buy this wine for Mimosas, Bellini’s or any other kind of bubbly cocktail.
