Long Meadow Ranch Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Review
This wine needs a minute. It’s aging well but is in a sleepy phase. Wine is a living thing, and in a year there will be wonderful balance to enjoy. Right now you can feel the soft fruit and the slight peppery notes under a haze of ornery tannins and dense fruit. As those tannins relax the wine will find it's balance. It’s a great wine to buy, lay down, and pop in a year with a huge steak on the grill.
