Here we have what Chardonnay wants to show us, with bright notes of apple and pear and a lemon/lime tinge mingling with sweet acacia on the nose. On the palate an additional package of french butter and a hint of coconut rides a rich medium bodied wine with minty minerality. Sipping this wine one can imagine the cool climate it was grown in.
