A unique single variety sparkler that does not try to mimic the Champagne style with notes of ripe pear and a citrusy quince aromas. As the wine opens a bit it has a salty-sweet apple juice aroma along with earthy-sweet yuzu. It’s a very cool wine, offering up hope South Africa does more like this.
