Your nose will be like, is that honey? Then you’ll be like, is that honey drizzled on a freshly sliced pear? Then you’ll be like, damn this is good. This wine is rich and balanced with excellent acidity. Drop some ricotta or Burrata on a plate, splash some EVOO and sprinkle some sea salt, and maybe a basil leaf or two, dig in, pair with this wine, and you’ll be like, I GET IT!
