Heritance Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
The alcohol is very high in this wine which means any of its subtle aromas, like lemon or white flowers on the nose, seem spiked with moonshine. This also means that the palate is sweeter than what you might be used to with this grape. Alcohol was once sugar, and you definitely feel this on the palate, with along low acidity and maybe a ripe banana aroma. If you're more into boozy whites then this is in your wheelhouse.
