Hamacher "H" Wine Series Willamette Valley Chardonnay 2015 Review

Hamacher is all about sustainability, native yeast ferments and careful guidance which comes through clearly in their wines. The “H” series is their second label and one hell of a deal. This is a beautiful American Chardonnay with mineral-driven pear and apple fruit swimming around herb and spice notes verging on sage and pine. On the palate it is broad and full, yet clean from the excellent acidity giving you a surprisingly long, deep finish while keeping the echoes of aroma front and center until your next sip.
