I never knew a bubbly could be this soft, silky and sexy. It's made from 100% Pinot Noir and thank Dionysus! I also never knew a bubbly could have chewy strawberry notes with aromas of grapefruit brûlée all soaked up in a cherry coulis of subtle confection. But here we are! At $24 a bottle this is one hell of a steal.
