Groth Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
This is a fun Savi B, as it is a blend of vineyards from the warm and cool meso climates of Napa Valley. The result is a nice spectrum of one grape in a bottle. From the warmer climates you get tropical fruits, ripe melon and lemon rind. From the cooler climates comes the backbone of bracing acidity and a creaminess turning that lemon rind into lemon curd. It also sees some time on the lees, which brings depth to the wine. This wine is very upfront with its aromas and is perfect for just chilling on the porch and sharing with friends.
