With a nose of jasmine and linden tea mingling with melon and peach notes along with additional aromas of pear and yogurt as the wine hits your palate. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth, even a bit creamy. It excites the senses and is an excellent way to cheat on Provence. You might even find yourself asking: "Provence who?"
