Glendalough Pot Still
Review
This is a truly Irish whiskey. For the final year of its maturation period, this release rests in virgin casks made from Irish oak. The influence of that oak is well integrated on the nose and the spicy, tangy pot still character remains easily identifiable. The palate is also spiced and fruity in character, with heady toasted oak and vanilla flavors joining the party. The finish lingers for an age.
