Gamble Family Vineyards Paramount Red 2015 Review

If you are in the baller game then this is a great Cali Cab to buy a few of and try them over time. If you are going for a splurge night, this wine is nice, but could use another year or so in bottle to soften up a bit. But it is drinking well now, save for a few ornery, grippy tannin still trying to fold into the structure. It has nice, tight blackberry fruit and mocha notes with an aroma of the smoky char on a steak. If drinking today definitely grill up a steak, medium rare and let it decant a bit.
