This is an American Sauvignon Blanc that feels like a Sancerre. It is so crisp and dry, with a good grip on the palate. If you like goat cheese, this is the wine for you. Stuff chicken breast with it, make a goat cheese salad with walnuts and a drizzle of honey, whatever. This wine is worth the money, and is a nice change from the classic Cali style.
