Freemark Abbey 'Bosche' Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Review

Wow. This wine is so not ready to drink. The tannins are still ornery and folding into the wine. But DAMMIT in a year or so this wine is going to be AH-mazing. The fruit is soft and supple and the fruit core will make you just wanna chew on it. I mean, you can drink it now, but try to have  a serious meat option to pair it with - I’m thinking the most marbled steak you can find. But if you can wait, it will make you yell DAMN between sips.
