El Tesoro Blanco
Review
This blanco tequila is fermented in open wooden vats using ambient yeast, giving it a rich agave character. The nose is floral and spicy, with some tart berry notes and just a hint of olive brine. The palate enters smooth and incredibly well balanced, with a generous full-bodied mouthfeel. Drink neat or on the rocks with a lime wedge.
