Easy drinking, affordable Sauv Blanc from the warm Central Coast with a neutral nose of underripe green apple. On the palate there is a hint of bell pepper and a good amount of acidity. There is a bitter note running through the wine as well, but it works for casual get togethers where wine is not the focus.
