A little watery with some hints of red berry kool-aid and baked bread. The palate is more base wine (the wine made before it’s made bubbly) than sparkling wine, with a neutral, saline quality and thin bubbles not allowing the fruit to fully express itself. At this price, the bottle will look good at a party or a wedding reception or maybe for a pink spritz.
