Cosimo Taurino 'Notarpanaro' Negroamaro Salento IGT 2011 Review
Orecchiette, Caprese salad, fried calamari, Panzerotti. Any and all of these dishes, served with this bottle slightly chilled, would make for a very memorable afternoon meal. This wine smells like olives and rose petals with a waft of earthy plums. The acidity is great, and the fruit core has just enough depth. This is classic Italian red wine that is well-aged and cheap.
