Columbia Winery Columbia Valley Chardonnay 2016 Review
Columbia Winery is Washington State’s answer to affordable wine. They have been around since the 60’s and make a lot of wine. This Chardonnay is a good representation of the climate in this region, with soft toasted coconut and vanilla hovering below aromas of white pepper and candied pear. It’s not crazy complex and the finish is a bit rich but it has good acidity and will do the work of crowd-pleaser any day of the week.
