Código 1530 Origen Extra Añejo Review

Yikes! Nearly $300 on a bottle of tequila? It's pricey, I hear you, but this bottle delivers if you're looking to spend that kind of cash. By law, all extra añejo must age for a minimum of three years before release. This tequila doubles down on that, spending six years in French Oak barrels that previously housed Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Not only does that add $$$ to the price tag, that combo imparts complex character and gives all the flavors and aromas plenty of time to come together. The end result is a luxurious, harmonious pour to be savored.
