This is a classic, old school style of Cab from this area. It has tons of alcohol and green tannin along with a slathering of oak. The dry edge of the structure has a bite to it, showing that it needs more time. I mean, it’s balanced, but damn is it intense. Only the bloodiest steak would compliment this bottle and may impress the lovers of huge, big, boozy, and bold.
