This wine doesn’t really express much fruit. There is a neutral quality to the wine that leans more on mineral-driven wet rock. There also might be some bell pepper, but it’s quiet. The palate is very fresh and the acidity is high, so it would be a good wine at a big party where wine is not the focus.
