Brooks Amycas White Wine Blend 2017 Review

This wine shouldn’t be this balanced. With five very aromatic grapes that produce significant natural sugars being blended together the wine shouldn't be this good, but it is. It's a damn success. Only in America. Because of the excellent acidity, every variety is represented here in the wine's huge aroma profile and that can’t be easy. Check this list: flowers, mandarin, lemon juice, kiwi, mint, lime curd, melon, sea salt, orange blossom, thyme and river stone. All of these are in harmony, representing the characteristics from each of the grapes involved. The wine pairs well with friends, cheese plates and a good playlist.
