There’s a lot of extremely neutral Pinot Grigio out there, but here we have a zirconium diamond in the ruff (get it? Cuz it’s affordable). It is light and mineral-driven with apple/pear vibes on the nose and palate. As it sits in your glass a hint of lemon peel pops up with some melon. The palate is refreshing, with focused acidity.
