This Icelandic gin has a really lively nose, serving rich, concentrated bursts of juniper, coriander, and citrus peel. Notes from the grain base come out on the palate, where the alcohol is notable but well-incorporated. This gin is robust and ready for spirit-forward cocktails. It would not only hold its own in a Negroni, but it would also add character, with its spicy notes complementing the bitterness of Campari and taming the sweet vermouth.
